Building businesses in Sri Lanka since 2015, including several restaurants. In 2018 he founded Surf's Up, which grew into an ecosystem of surfing, hospitality and community. Leads strategy, new ventures and company growth.

With Surf's Up from day one: joined as a bartender, ran the rooftop bar and grew into managing partner. Oversees daily operations, the team and quality across the business.

Helped shape Surf's Up since its earliest years. Leads the sales team and owns the whole guest journey — from first contact to arrival in Sri Lanka.

First came as a camp guest and loved it so much she joined the team. Now takes care of guests and helps them learn about the project before they book.

Teaching at Surf's Up since 2021, with many returning students who come back to Sri Lanka just for her. Attentive approach and calm support in the ocean.

Arrived as a traveler with years of experience teaching snowboarding to kids, fell in love with surfing and trained inside Surf's Up for almost a year. Our kids-lessons hero.

A hardcore surfer who has ridden all kinds of spots in all kinds of conditions. His confidence and deep understanding of waves help students progress faster.

We've known Dato since 2017, when he ran his own restaurant in Weligama. Knows the local ocean and island culture inside out.

Came to Sri Lanka to learn surfing and stayed. Under his management the restaurant delivers strong results in both revenue and guest reviews.

In charge of the mood and logistics of our excursions: picks routes with guests, builds the programme and travels with the group.

With us since 2023. Runs all our parties and guest artist events, and hosts Surf's Up TV.

On the team since 2020. Runs the hookah lounge and films guests with a drone — the reason you get those epic ride videos.

Joined in 2024 as a volunteer, grew into SMM and now organizes PRO camps — and shoots great photos of every trip.

Designs the Surf's Up IT system: CRM, process automation and the tech foundation of the future smart surf hotel.
